Apply to Dry Hair: Slowly distribute the liquid through dry hair from root to tip in small sections until lightly saturated.
Process: Let the treatment sit for 10 minutes. Do not rinse it out.
Layer with No.3: Apply Olaplex No.3 Hair Perfector directly over the No.0 and wait at least another 10 minutes.
